Note: These Terms govern use of our website only. They are separate from, and do not replace, the signed Event Rental Agreement that governs any booking, deposit, cancellation, or payment terms for your wedding or event.

This Site is provided to share information about The Heritage Centre, our venue spaces, pricing, availability, and to allow visitors to submit inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by any third party.

All content on this Site — including photographs, text, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is the property of Mountain View Events Ltd. or its licensors (including photographers and vendors who have granted us permission to display their work) and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, availability, and venue details accurate and up to date. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only through a signed Event Rental Agreement and deposit.

Our Site may reference or link to third-party vendors, wedding directories (such as WeddingWire, Bridebook, or Rocky Mountain Bride), or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.
