INCLUDED AMENITIES

The rental includes the “The Heritage Centre” as well as The Broken Spoke Saloon, Historic Bar, catering prep area, handicap accessible restrooms. Amenities includes 60 inch rounds as guest tables, various sized rectangular tables and gold chiavari chairs. We include WIFI, a 100″ screen; sound system with corded microphone, One Bluetooth portable speaker and a large parking lot. Venue management staff member(s) will be present for every event to ensure your function runs smoothly.

Information for your Event

EVENT HOURS

Clients can rent the Heritage Centre for 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 hour blocks. All events must end by 1:00 AM

RENTAL RATES

The Heritage Centre rental rates are determined by season, day, hours of rental, and guest count. Request a quote for Corporate, Community & Charity event rates.

EVENT INSURANCE

Event activities such as fireworks may require additional insurance. 

VENUE REPRESENTATIVE

When you book your corporate event, we’ll be available to ensure a smooth and successful corporate function. Our Staff will be available during on-site meetings and on the day-of.

DELIVERIES & PICKUPS

Clients, event planners and vendors must coordinate with the venue as to when they can enter the space prior to their event.  Remember to call ahead of time to make sure we are there to receive the delivery or pickup.

FLEXIBILITY

We strive to be as flexible as possible! We’re always on hand to offer vendor recommendations, schedule site tours, final walk throughs and help coordinate details and deliveries on the big day.
